To continue ensuring that Ecsponent’s share register is kept in strict accordance with current legislative and regulatory requirements and to improve communications with our shareholders, Ecsponent has appointed Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited (“Computershare”) as transfer secretary from 1 February 2016.
To continue to improve service delivery, Computershare provides a suite of services to Ecsponent as transfer secretary, ranging from maintaining definitive records of legal ownership of Ecsponent’s shares, to paying dividends to shareholders on our behalf and much more.
